Scope of services
Bright Moon Digital LLC provides technical audits, implementation sprints, monthly maintenance and white-label technical support. Each engagement is defined by a written scope agreed before work begins.
No outcome guarantee
We do not guarantee a specific number of clients, cases, leads or revenue. We guarantee the implementation, testing and documentation of the agreed technical scope.
Client responsibilities
The client is responsible for providing timely access, information and approvals. Delivery timelines begin when required access and information are received.
Payment
The Lead Leak Audit is a one-time fixed fee. Sprints are quoted as fixed-scope projects. Monthly plans are billed in advance and may be canceled with written notice before the next billing period. Unused monthly hours do not roll over.
Limitation of liability
Liability is limited to the fees paid for the engagement in question. Final terms will be provided in the engagement agreement.
