When you submit an inquiry we collect the name, business email, company or firm name, website URL, inquiry type and description you provide.
During an engagement we may receive temporary access to systems such as WordPress, hosting, analytics, call tracking, booking or CRM platforms.
How information is used
Inquiry information is used to respond to your request, scope work and deliver agreed services. It is not sold or rented.
Credentials and access
Where possible we request individual accounts with the minimum required permissions, temporary credentials, two-factor authentication and credential sharing through a secure password manager. Access is removed when an engagement ends.
Data retention
Inquiry records and project documentation are retained for as long as needed for business and legal purposes. You may request deletion of your inquiry information at any time.
